Our ISO Class 8 cleanroom facility is designed to minimise contamination and maintain controlled manufacturing conditions for products requiring enhanced cleanliness standards.

Advanced Particle Analysis

To strengthen cleanliness assurance, the facility is equipped with a high-magnification image analysis system capable of detecting and analysing metallic particles, non-metallic contaminants, and fibres as small as 5 microns. This capability enables effective monitoring and validation of product cleanliness throughout the manufacturing process.
